Veggie Fish with Spicy Lemon Sauce

Easiest Spicy Lemon Dressing is sweet, spicy, and tangy. It makes a great and good combination with crispy veggie seaweed fish. Extra adding the bird eye's chili to double up the spiciness in the recipes and adding more lemon zest to create Citrusy flavor.
Ingredients | 配料
7-8 Bird eye's chili | 7-8 个 小辣椒
1 tbsp lemon zest | 1汤匙 柠檬皮
28-30 slices veggie seaweed fish | 28-30 片 素食海藻鱼
2 tbsp canola oils | 2 汤匙 菜籽油
Dressing | 酱料
1/2 cup sour plum sauce | 1/2 杯 酸梅酱
1/4 cup thai chili sauce | 1/4 杯 泰国辣椒酱
Seasoning | 调味料
1 1/2 tbsp sugar | 1 1/ 2汤 匙糖
Method | 方法
1. Deep fry the veggie fish until crispy and set aside.

2. In a new wok, adding canola oils.

3. Saute bird eye's chili until fragrant.

4. Then adding sour plum sauce, thai chili sauce and sugar.

5. Let it boil with low heat for 1-2 minutes.

6. Then adding lemon zest and let it boil another 1-2 minutes.

7. Then add the fried veggie fish and gently stir to coat it with the gravy.
