I started to converted to vegetarianism in year end of 2015 and I've been cooking veggies food estimated 2 years. 

​

It is not easy to made this decisions and I've thankful to my both parent accept me and give me a physical support towards my decisions.

Which area in the house corner that make you like the most? to me it is my kitchen just like my nest because I'm the person who enjoys cooking and I usually home cook myself most the times.

Here I would like to share with you some of my home cooked picture.

My recipes is more to Chinese cuisine and without using any allium vegetables ingredient follow in the ancient of Chinese Buddhisms practice.

In Chinese vegetarian or vegan we used ginger as our main ingredient in our recipes and it is suitable for vegetarianism or veganism to taking it daily to reduce muscle pain or soreness.

Mushrooms is another ingredient to be used in Chinese vegetarian cuisine to make a basic vegetable stock and to double up on incredible flavor with kelp and soy bean in the recipes.

 

I always like to use colorful capsicum to do my food decoration to make it look more nutritious and luxuries.

 

There's a lot of veggie meat in the market, I usually prefer more to vegan veggie meat to my consideration for my recipes.
