Steamed Golden Tofu

Today I would like to shared one of my favorite steam tofu that glazed in a delicious yummy pumpkin sauce which makes the combination more silky and mushy.


Additional adding the mushroom to double up the flavor and nutrition in the recipes. This dishes create a very light flavor to enjoy with steam rice.


It is optional to add in the green peas in the recipes or it is can be replaced in other peas like Japanese edamame to created the color in this dishes.






Pumpkin Gravy | 南瓜酱

Ingredients (A) | 配料 (A)

300 grams Pumpkin | 300 克 南瓜

250 ml Water | 250 毫升 水

1/8 tsp Salt | 1/8 茶匙 盐

1/4 tsp Seasoning | 1/4 茶匙 调味料





Method (A) | 方法 (A)

1) Adding water in a pot.

在锅里加水.


2) After the water is boiling adding pumpkin.

水煮沸后加入南瓜.


3) Then continue adding salt and seasoning.

然后继续加盐和调味料.


4) Cover the lid and let is cook until soften.

盖上盖子,煮至变软.


5) Let it cool after cooking. Then add to the blender and mix well.

煮熟后放凉, 然後加入攪拌機中, 攪拌均勻.




Steamed Tofu | 蒸豆腐

Ingredients (B) | 配料 (B)

1 Pack Soft Tofu | 1 包 软豆腐

55 Grams Mushroom | 55 克 蘑菇

1 Tbsp Green Peas | 1 汤匙 绿豆



Method (B) | 方法 (B)

1) Cut the tofu in bite size then put in the plate.

将豆腐切成小块,然后放入盘中.


2) Then add in the mushroom on top of tofu.

然后在豆腐上加入蘑菇.


3) Put it in a steamers and let is steam for 15 minutes.

放入蒸锅中蒸15分钟.


4) After 15 minutes add in the pumpkin sauce and green peas and continue steam for another 5 minutes.

15分钟后,加入南瓜酱和豌豆,再继续蒸5分钟.
