Vegan Pineapple Fried Rice [素食菠萝炒饭]

I have a very easy and simple recipe for today tutorial "Pineapple Fried Rice".


There's a lot of version of this dishes, so today I going to shared with you the recipes with pumpkin floss.


I enjoyed this recipes with adding some toasted cashew nuts for more texture and flavor. You can choose any of your favorite nut in your recipes.


Ingredients (配料)

1/2 Cup Cube Pineapple  | 1/2  杯子 菠蘿 (切成小方塊)

1 Cup Chopped Long Bean | 1 杯子 長豆 (切成小方塊)

2 Cup Overnight White Rice | 2 杯子 隔夜白米飯

40 Grams Roasted Cashew Nut | 40 克 烤腰果



Decoration (裝飾)

1 Tbsp Chopped Red Chili or Capsicum | 1 湯匙 紅辣椒 (切成小方塊)

4-5 Pcs Slices Cucumber | 4-5 片 黃瓜

1 Tbsp Pumpkin Floss | 1 湯匙 南瓜牙線



Spices & Seasoning (香料和调味料)

1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder | 1/2 茶匙 薑粉

1/2 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder | 1/2 茶匙 小茴香粉

1/2 Tsp Fennel Seed Powder | 1/2 茶匙 茴香粉

1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder | 1/2 茶匙 薑黃粉

1/4 Tsp Seasoning | 1/4 茶匙 調味料



Seasoning for Taste (调味品尝)

A few pinch of black peppercorn | 一點黑胡椒

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce | 2 湯匙 醬油



Method (烹飪方法)

1. Using canola oils stir fry chopped long bean in few minutes with medium heat.

[加入菜籽油,用中火在幾秒鐘內將切好的長豆炒熟]


2. Adding the mixture seasoning and continue stir fry for few seconds.

[加入混合物調味料,繼續翻炒幾秒鐘]


3. Switch off the heat and adding the white rice to prevent over burning.

[關掉熱量並加入白米飯以防止過度燃燒.]


4. Sprinkle some black peppercorn and soy sauce and continue stir fry in medium heat until fragrant.

[撒上一些黑胡椒和醬油,繼續用中火炒至香.]


5. Adding pineapple cube and roasted cashew nut and continue stir fry in few second. [加入菠蘿塊和烤腰果,繼續翻炒幾秒鐘.]


6. Now is ready to be decorated and it is done.

[现在已准备好进行装饰并完成.]
