Vegan Hotdog Styles [素食热狗风格]

A very simple recipes for today tutorial of Vegan Styles Sausage. We have in two different topping recipes in this video. I personally enjoy sausage bun with some of my favorite topping to made it more flavorful together with vegan mayonnaise. We can double up the flavor with some mustard sauce or some ketchup.
Ingredients
2 Pieces Vegan Smoked Black Pepper Sausage
[ Boil for 5 minutes] or [ Steam for 7-8 minutes]
2 Hotdog Bun
1/2 Tomato (Slices)
3-4 Pieces Swiss Brown Button Mushrooms (Slices)
2-4 Leaf Lettuce
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Floss
Optional Ingredients
Mayonnaise
Parsley or chinese celery leaf
Black Pepper Sauce
1 Tbsp Margarine
1 Tsp Black Peppercorns (crushed)
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp Mushroom Sauce
1/4 Tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 Tsp Seasoning
60 ml Water
Method Black Pepper Sauce
1. Heat the margarine and add in button mushrooms and stir-fry until the mushrooms for 1-2 minutes with low heat.
2. Then adding black peppercorn, red pepper flakes and mushroom sauce and continue saute for another few minutes.
3. Finally add in ginger powder, seasoning and water and let it cooked another a few minutes and it is done.
