Szechuan Tofu Mushroom Soup

A very easy and simple recipe of Szechuan Tofu Soup. It's very nutrition soup to enjoy during winter or raining days. This soup go perfect with black vinegar and extra adding the glass noodles for more texture in the soup. My recipes is for 2-3 persons.
Ingredients A | A 配料
1/2 Soft tofu | 半豆腐 [cut thin slice | 切薄片]
[boil the thin slice tofu | 切成薄片后的豆腐,煮沸]
1/3 Cup Frozen green peas | 1/3 杯 冷冻青豆
350 ml Water
Ingredients B | B 配料 1/3 Cup Slices chinese mushroom | 1/3杯 切片蘑菇 1/3 Cup Slices black fungus | 1/3杯切片黑木耳
1/3 Cup Slices Carrot | 1/3杯 切片胡萝卜
1/3 Cup Enoki mushroom | 1/3 杯 金针菇
Seasoning C | C 调味料
1/4 tsp seasoning | 1/4 茶匙 调味料
1 tbsp mushroom sauce | 1 汤匙 蘑菇酱
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce | 1/2 茶匙 黑酱油
1/8 tsp salt | 1/8 茶匙 盐
Seasoning D | D 调味料
1/4 tsp black vinegar | 1/4 茶匙 黑醋
1/4 tsp sesame oils | 1/4 茶匙 芝麻油
Tapioca Batter | 木薯粉 面糊
1 tbsp tapioca flour | 1 汤匙 木薯粉
60ml Water | 60ml 水
[mix the tapioca flour with water | 将木薯粉与水混合]
250ml Vegetable Broth | 250ml 蔬菜汤
1/2 Red Apple | 1/2 红苹果 1 Cob Corn | 1 个 玉米棒子
6 Pcs Stem Mushroom | 6 个 茎蘑菇 Small square kombu | 一小片海带 600ml mushroom water | 600ml 蘑菇水
[Cover the lid and let it boil with 1 hours with low heat | 盖上盖子,用小火煮1小时]
Method | 方法
1. Heat the vegetable broth and adding 350ml water in the pot.
[加热蔬菜汤,在锅中加入350毫升水]
2. Adding the ingredients B, cover the lid and let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
[加入配料B,盖上盖子,煮沸15至20分钟]
3. Then adding seasoning C together with tofu and cover the lid and let it boil another 10 minutes.
[然后加入调味料C和豆腐,盖上盖子,再煮10分钟。]
4. Adding tapioca batter and mix well.
[加入木薯粉,搅拌均匀]
5. Adding green peas together with seasoning D.
[加入绿豆和调味料D]
