Stir-Fry Udon Noodles

Udon is a noodles used frequently in Japanese cuisine for soup or in stir-fry.Today I would like to shared my fusion stir-fry udon noodles in vegetarian styles. I'm using vegetarian teriyaki sauce for my recipe and it go perfectly in the recipe.
Ingredients | 成分
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oils |1 1/2 汤匙 芝麻油
1 Pack udon noodles | 1 包 乌冬面
[Put in hot water for 1-2 minutes to dissolve the noodles to turn soft.|
放入热水1-2分钟,使面条溶解变软]
Ingredients | 成分
1/3 Cup Carrot (slices) | 1/3 杯 胡萝卜(切片)
1/2 Cup Cabbage (slices) | 1/2 杯 卷心菜 (切片)
1/3 Cup Choy Sam (cut into bite size) | 1/3 杯 蔡总 (切成一口大小)
2 Pieces tofu puff (slices) | 2 个 豆腐泡芙 (切片)
1/3 Cup psychedelic mushrooms | 1/3 杯 迷幻蘑菇
Seasoning | 调味料
1 tbsp soy sauce | 1 汤匙 酱油
1 tsp mushroom sauce | 1 茶匙 蘑菇酱
1 tsp vegetarian teriyaki sauce | 1 茶匙 素食照烧酱
1/2 tsp sugar | 1/2 茶匙 糖
1/4 tsp seasoning | 1/4 茶匙调味料
[used 3/4 tsp water to mix all the seasoning in one bowl. |
用3/4茶匙水将所有调味料混合在一个碗里]
Decoration | 装饰
Chinese celery (chopped) | 芹菜(切碎)
Method | 方法
1. In a wok, heat sesame oils with low heat.
[在炒锅中,用低热量加热芝麻油]
2. Then adding carrot, cabbage and tofu puff.
[ 然后加入胡萝卜,迷幻蘑菇和豆腐泡芙.
3. Put in choy sam and cabbage and keep continue stir-fry.
[投入卷心菜和蔡总, 继续翻炒]
4. Adding udon noodles and continue stir-fry.
[加入乌冬面,继续炒]
5. Adding seasoning and continue stir-fry for few minutes and it is done.
[加入调味料,继续炒几分钟即可完成]
