Potato Salad

Salad is a one of the popular side dishes in western country and slowly had introduce to our Asia country. In this tutorial, I would like to shared my Japanese styles Potato Salad. Adding the cucumber in the recipe to create more layered of crunchy texture to made it more tasty. I enjoy this recipes with adding some pumpkin floss to made it more flavor.
Dressing (A) | 配料 (A)
2 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise | 2 汤匙 美乃滋酱
1/4 tsp Mustard Powder | 1/4 茶匙 芥末粉
1/8 tsp Salt | 1/8 茶匙 盐
Sprinkle some black pepper powder | 撒上一些黑胡椒粉
[Combine all ingredients and stir well | 将所有成分混合并搅拌均匀]
Ingredients (B) | 配料 (B)
1/3 Japanese Cucumber (Slices) | 1/3 日本黄瓜(切片)
[Sprinkle and massage with a generous pinch of salt to get them to release their liquid and then rinse with water. Squeeze the washed cucumber to release excess water. | 用少许盐撒上并按摩,让它们释放液体,然后用清水冲洗. 挤压洗过的黄瓜以释放多余的水.]
Ingredients (C) | 配料 (C)
2 Potatoes (cut into small cube) | 2 个 土豆(切成小方块)
1/3 Carrot (cut into small cube) | 1/3 胡萝卜(切成小方块)
[Put in the steamer and steam estimated 20 minutes | 让它蒸估计20分钟]
Method | 方法
1. Combine all ingredients and stir well.
[将所有成分混合并搅拌均匀]
2. Mash potatoes with fork and allowing some small lumps to remain.
[用叉子捣碎土豆,并留下一些小块。]
3. Adding some pumpkin floss to made it more flavor.
