Garbanzo Carbonara Spaghetti

Garbanzo bean known as chickpea or chick pea it is common been used as salad, soup, stew or curry and it is popular in India and Middle Eastern. Today I would like to share my Garbanzo Bean recipes using as dressing with spaghetti in western styles.
Blended Ingredients | 混合成分
1/2 cup cashew nut | 1/2杯 腰果
1/2 cup canned garbanzo bean | 1/2杯 鹰嘴豆豆 (听装)
1 piece king oyster mushroom |1 个 王牡蛎蘑菇
1/2 bunches chervil (chinese celery) | 1/2 捆 芹菜
3 tbsp nutritional yeast | 3 汤匙 营养酵母
1 tbsp lemon juice | 1 汤匙 柠檬汁
20ml water | 20 毫升 水
Seasoning (A) | 调味料 (A)
1/4 tsp seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Method Garbanzo Paste | 鹰嘴酱
1. Mix all in the blender and blended
[将所有配料放入搅拌机中并捣碎]
2. Add in some canola oils in the wok and blended ingredients.
[在炒锅中加入菜籽油和混合成分]
3. Then cook with low heat until it turn into darker yellow.
[然后用低火煮,直到它变成深黄色]
4. Switch off the heat to add in seasoning (A)
[关闭加热调味料(A)]
5. After added seasoning continue saute with low heat until the seasoning dissolve.
[加入调味料后继续用低火炒,直到调味料溶解]

Ingredients | 成分
2 piece fresh shiitake mushroom (slices) | 2 个 新鲜香菇(切片)
1 tbsp garbanzo paste | 1 汤匙 鹰嘴豆酱
Spaghetti | 意大利面
[boil spaghetti with salt water accordingly instruction pack | 用盐水煮意大利面]
Seasoning (B) | 调味料 (B)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
A pinch of salt
Sprinkle some crushed black pepper
Cooking Method | 烹饪方法
1. In a new wok, adding canola oils and saute red pepper flakes in low heat.
[在一个新的炒锅, 加入菜籽油和红辣椒片然后,用低热 炒香]
2. Then add in shiitake mushroom and continue saute in low heat.
[然后加入香菇,继续在低温下炒香]
3. After that add in spaghetti and continue stir-fry in low heat for 1-2 minutes.
[之后加入意大利面条,继续用小火炒1-2分钟]
4. Now add in garbanzo paste and some water if necessary. Then continue stir-fry until the paste dissolve.
[现在加入鹰嘴豆酱 和必要的水, 然后继续炒,直到糊状物溶解]
5. Add some salt if necessary and black pepper.
[如果需要加入一些盐和黑胡椒]
