Gobi Manchurian is an Indian cuisine fried cauliflower snack that popular in India and also in Asia Country.
It is a very easy and simple to prepared and have separated in two-stage preparation, the first stage is requires preparing flour batter for frying the cauliflower.
And second stage is preparing the tomato gravy for coated with the fried cauliflower.The sensation of flavor in the recipe can vary from mild spicy to hot and fiery based on the recipe and personal preference.

25 Florets Cauliflower | 25 小花 菜花

Chinese Celery | 芹菜
Sauce | 酱
1 Tomato | 1番茄 [Mashed into puree | 搗碎成泥]
1 Tbsp Oils | 1 湯匙 菜籽油
1/2 Tsp chili paste | 1/2 茶匙 辣椒酱
1/3 Cup tomato sauce | 1/3 杯子 番茄酱
1/4 Cup chili sauce | 1/4 杯子 辣椒酱
40ml Water | 40ml 水
Seasoning | 调味料
1/4 Tsp seasoning | 1/4 茶匙 调味料
1 Tsp sugar | 1 茶匙 糖
Flour Batter | 麵粉麵糊
2 Tbsp Tempura Flour | 2 湯匙 天婦羅麵粉 1 Tbsp Plain Flour | 1 湯匙 普通麵粉
1 Tbsp Wheat Flour | 1 湯匙 麵粉
1 Tsp Curry Flour | 1 茶匙 咖哩麵粉
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder | 1/4 茶匙 发酵粉
1/4 Tsp Ginger Powder | 1/4 茶匙 姜粉
1/4 Tsp Seasoning | 1/4 茶匙 调味料
40-50ml Water | 40-50ml 水

Method | 方法
1. Boil the cauliflower florets (Gobi) in water for 1-2 minutes.Take out in a strainer, and let the florets cool a bit.

2. Mix all the batter ingredients. Dipping them one by one in the batter and deep fried the flower florets.

3. Saute the chili paste in low heat for 1-2 minutes.

4. Add in tomato puree and continue saute 1-2 minutes maintain in low heat.

5. Then add in tomato sauce continue by chili sauce and continue cook in low heat.

6. Add water continue by seasoning and add salt to taste and stir well.

7.Then add the fried cauliflower and gently stir to coat it with the gravy.
